Account security
Fans sign in with Google or a 6-digit code sent to their email. There’s no password to remember or leak.
- Only use a code you asked for. If you get a code you didn’t request, ignore it.
- Nexera will never ask for your code or password by email, phone or message.
Artists

Set or reset your password
Section titled “Set or reset your password”- In Backstage, go to Settings → Login & security.
- Ask for a password link. We’ll email it to you.
- Follow the link and choose a new password.
Locked out? Choose Forgot password on the Backstage login page to get a reset link.
Use a strong password that you don’t use anywhere else.
Share access safely
Section titled “Share access safely”Never share your login. Invite people to your team instead and give them only the role they need. You can remove them at any time.
