Getting paid

Nexera pays you through Stripe. When a fan buys from you, your earnings are sent to your Stripe account. Stripe then pays them into your bank account.

Connect Stripe

1. In Backstage, go to Payouts and choose to connect Stripe.
2. Follow Stripe’s steps to verify your identity and add your bank account.
3. When you’re done, you’ll be sent back to Backstage.

Fans can’t buy from your store until this is complete.

Your currency is set here: AUD if you’re in Australia, NZD if you’re in New Zealand. It can’t be changed later.

Payout schedule

Stripe decides when payouts reach your bank, using the schedule on your Stripe account. You can check and change it in your Stripe dashboard.

See your payouts

Go to Backstage → Payouts to see:

• Your last 10 payouts
• The bank account they’re paid to (last four digits)

Payouts only appear in Backstage. You won’t get an email when one is sent.

Payouts that don’t arrive

1. Check your Stripe account is fully verified and your bank details are correct.
2. Check your payout schedule in Stripe.
3. If everything looks right, contact support.
