Fan data and reports
On streaming platforms, the platform owns the relationship with your listeners. On Nexera, you do. You can export your fan data any time.
Your fan list
Section titled “Your fan list”Backstage → Fans shows everyone who follows or has bought from you, along with their spend and fan tier.
Export your fans
Section titled “Export your fans”- Go to Backstage → Reports.
- Choose the Fans report. You can filter it by fan tier.
- Export it as a CSV.
Each row shows:
- Name and nickname
- City and country
- The date they followed you
- Their total spend with you
- Whether they’ve agreed to marketing emails

Section titled “Other reports”You can also export reports for:
- Revenue
- Orders
- Releases
- Product performance
- Plays and downloads
- Physical fulfilment
- Gifts
- Microsite signups
- Collaborator statements
Using fan data responsibly
Section titled “Using fan data responsibly”- Only email fans about marketing if they’ve agreed to it. The marketing column in your export shows who has.
- The easiest way to email fans is Fan Connect. It adds an unsubscribe link for you and leaves out anyone who has unsubscribed.
- Keep exported files somewhere safe, and don’t share them.
