Buying music

How to buy

1. Find an artist on Discover or go straight to their page.
2. Choose a release or other product.
3. Pick a tier if there’s more than one. For example, just the music, or a bundle with exclusive content or physical product.
4. Pay the price shown, or more if you want to. Many products are pay-what-you-want above a minimum.
5. Check out with Stripe.

You pay in the artist’s currency: AUD for Australian artists and NZD for New Zealand artists. If you see a figure marked ≈ in your own currency, it’s only an estimate. Your bank sets the final amount.

After you buy

• You’ll get an email with your order summary and download link if the artist has enabled downloads.
• The purchase is added to your Library in your account.

Upgrading to a bundle

Bought just the music and want the extras? You can upgrade from Music to Bundle afterwards. Other tiers, including anything with physical merch, have to be chosen at checkout.

Pre-orders

If a release isn’t out yet, you can pre-order it. It unlocks on release day, and you’ll get an email within a couple of minutes of it going live. Some artists let you have certain tracks straight away.

Physical items

The artist posts physical items to you themselves. The shipping fee is shown at checkout. When your order has been sent, you’ll get an email.
