Fan Connect email
Fan Connect is Nexera’s email tool for artists. Use it for drops, announcements and thank-yous.
Create a campaign
Section titled “Create a campaign”- Go to Backstage → Campaigns and choose New.
- Start from a template or a blank email.
- Design it in the visual builder. Merge tags drop in details like each fan’s name.
- Choose who gets it, then send it now or schedule it for later.
Choose who gets it
Section titled “Choose who gets it”You can combine any of these filters:
- Followers: fans who follow you
- Purchasers of a release: fans who bought a particular product
- Fan tier: fans at or above a tier
- Region: fans in a particular area
Backstage shows how many fans match before you send.
Unsubscribes
Section titled “Unsubscribes”Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link. When a fan unsubscribes, they stop getting your campaigns. Other artists’ campaigns aren’t affected. Anyone whose address has hard-bounced is also left out.
Results
Section titled “Results”Every campaign shows its opens and clicks.
