Community feed

Post updates and polls in Backstage → Community. You can make each post:

• Public: anyone can see it.
• Purchasers only: only fans who have bought from you can see it.

Your followers get an in-app notification when you post.

Fan Chat

Fan Chat is a group chat for fans who have bought from you. There are no ads and no algorithm.

Every artist has three rooms, one for each fan tier:

Room	Who can join
General	Anyone who has bought from you
Superfan	Superfans and Legends
Legend	Legends only

Manage your chat in Backstage → Chat. You can make fans you trust moderators.

Direct messages

Direct messages are one-to-one conversations between you and a fan. Either of you can start one, but only once the fan has bought something from you.

In direct messages:

• Fans can send text and reactions.
• There’s no pinning and no moderation.

Find your conversations in the Direct Messages tab under Backstage → Chat.
