Community feed
Section titled “Community feed”Artists post updates and polls to their community feed. Some posts are public. Others are only visible to fans who have bought from that artist.
When an artist you follow posts, you’ll get a notification. See all the latest in your Feed.
Fan Chat
Section titled “Fan Chat”Once you’ve bought from an artist, you can join their Fan Chat. Open it from the artist’s page.
Which rooms you can join depends on your fan tier with that artist:
- General: everyone who’s bought from them
- Superfan: Superfans and Legends
- Legend: Legends only
Direct messages
Section titled “Direct messages”After you’ve bought from an artist, either of you can start a direct message. You can send text and reactions.
Following artists
Section titled “Following artists”Follow an artist to get their community posts in your feed.
If a refund removes your access
Section titled “If a refund removes your access”If an order is refunded, you lose access to the chat rooms and direct messages that purchase gave you.
