You decide what your music costs.
Pay what you want
Section titled “Pay what you want”Every product has a minimum price. Fans pay at least that, and can pay more if they want to back you properly.
Purchase tiers
Section titled “Purchase tiers”A release can have up to six ways to buy. Only the tiers you set up are shown to fans.

Some things to know:
- Each tier must cost more than the tier below it. It doesn’t have to add up to the price of every item inside it, so you can price a bundle as a real discount. Backstage suggests a starting price, and you can change it.
- Music + Exclusive Access only appears when you have both exclusive content and a linked podcast.
- If you link a physical product to a release, you must offer Bundle + Physical.
- Upgrades: a fan who bought Music can upgrade to Bundle later. Every other tier has to be chosen at checkout.
Currency
Section titled “Currency”Your store sells in AUD (Australia) or NZD (New Zealand). This is set when you connect Stripe and can’t be changed later. Fans always pay in your currency.
Nexera takes a platform fee from each sale. The rest goes to you.
- The fee comes out of the price the fan pays for your product.
- Shipping isn’t included. You keep 100% of the shipping fee you set on a physical product.
- Your current rate is shown in Backstage. Every sale notification email lists the amount the fan paid, the platform fee and what you earned.
If the fee rate changes, the new rate only applies to sales made after the change.
