Fan tiers
Nexera sorts your fans into tiers by how much they’ve spent with you, so you can see who’s backing you most. It happens automatically.

How spend is counted
Section titled “How spend is counted”- A tier only counts what a fan has spent with you. Spending with other artists doesn’t count.
- It counts your earnings from each order, not the full price the fan paid. Shipping isn’t included.
- Refunds and lost chargebacks are taken off the total, so a fan can drop back a tier.
What you can do with tiers
Section titled “What you can do with tiers”- Tier chat rooms: your Fan Chat has a General room plus Superfan and Legend rooms. Fans get into every room at or below their tier.
- Tier-only products: make a product available only to Superfans and above, or only to Legends. See Products and releases.
- Targeted emails: send a Fan Connect campaign only to fans at or above a certain tier.
- Reports: filter your fan export by tier. See Fan data and reports.
